These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of walletrobo.com (the “Website”) and the award-travel advisory and related services offered by WalletRobo LLC (“WalletRobo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using WalletRobo services, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms where presented, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services.
1. What WalletRobo Does
WalletRobo provides personalized award-travel advisory services designed to help clients identify and, when requested, pursue travel opportunities using credit-card points, airline miles, and other travel-loyalty rewards. Our services may include reviewing loyalty balances and travel preferences, researching award availability and transfer options, identifying potential premium-cabin itineraries, comparing relevant routing and cabin considerations, refining selected options, and assisting with award-flight booking.
WalletRobo is an independent advisory service. We are not an airline, credit-card issuer, loyalty program, or operator of the third-party travel systems on which award availability, transfers, reservations, or ticketing depend.
2. Initial Portfolio Review
The initial portfolio-review service is intended for clients who have meaningful points or miles balances and may have broad flexibility as to destination, timing, or both. You do not need to begin with a predetermined destination or exact travel dates.
For the initial fee disclosed at the time of purchase, currently $200 unless otherwise agreed in writing, WalletRobo will use the balances, traveler information, interests, and flexibility you provide to research and present several premium-cabin travel possibilities that we consider reasonably actionable and worth considering under the agreed parameters.
The initial service is an advisory and research engagement. It does not itself include ticketing, guarantee that any particular award will remain available, or guarantee that you will choose to pursue one of the options presented.
3. Moving Forward With a Trip
If you decide to pursue a trip identified, developed, or materially refined through the engagement, an additional $200 advisory fee is due when you elect to move forward with the first trip, unless a different amount has been agreed in writing.
For purposes of these Terms, “elect to move forward” generally means that you ask WalletRobo to proceed beyond exploratory portfolio research and undertake trip-specific refinement, live verification, transfer planning, or booking work for a selected trip. A final ticket need not already have been issued for this fee to become due.
4. Booking Assistance Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, award-flight booking assistance is charged at $50 per ticketed itinerary per traveler. For purposes of these Terms, a “ticketed itinerary” means the flight segment or group of flight segments issued together as a single ticket or award reservation. Multiple flight segments issued together on the same ticket or award reservation are treated as one ticketed itinerary and incur one $50 booking-assistance fee per traveler. Flight segments that must be issued on separate tickets or award reservations are treated as separate ticketed itineraries and each incurs a separate $50 booking-assistance fee per traveler. For example, two connecting segments issued together as one award itinerary result in one $50 fee per traveler, while two segments issued as separate award itineraries result in two $50 fees, or $100 per traveler.
Before undertaking paid booking assistance, WalletRobo will provide or confirm the applicable booking-fee calculation so that you can decide whether to proceed. Additional or materially different work, including post-booking changes, cancellations, rebooking, complex multi-city requests, or services outside the agreed scope, may require an additional fee that will be disclosed before the additional work is undertaken.
5. Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Service fees are due as described on the Website, invoice, payment page, or written engagement communication. Third-party payment processors may be used to collect WalletRobo service fees.
Because the initial portfolio-review fee compensates WalletRobo for personalized research and professional time, it is generally non-refundable once substantive research has begun, except where WalletRobo agrees otherwise in writing or where required by law. If WalletRobo is unable or unwilling to perform an engagement after accepting payment and before substantive work begins, the applicable WalletRobo service fee will be refunded.
Airline, loyalty-program, supplier, tax, surcharge, and other third-party amounts are separate from WalletRobo’s fees and are subject to the applicable third party’s rules and refund policies.
6. Award Availability and Pricing Can Change
Award travel is dynamic. Availability, mileage prices, taxes, surcharges, transfer bonuses, transfer ratios, schedules, aircraft, cabins, routing rules, program rules, and cash fares can change at any time, including between the time WalletRobo researches or presents an option and the time you are ready to act.
An option described as available, viable, actionable, or bookable reflects information available when researched or re-verified; it is not a promise that the same inventory or price will remain available later. WalletRobo will ordinarily seek to re-verify material award availability before recommending that you transfer points or proceed with booking.
7. Points Transfers and Loyalty Programs
Transfers of credit-card points or other loyalty currencies to airline or hotel programs are often irreversible and may not post instantly. Transfer times, bonuses, account eligibility, program restrictions, and award availability are controlled by third parties, not WalletRobo.
You are responsible for authorizing and completing transfers from your own loyalty accounts unless a lawful and expressly agreed process provides otherwise. You should not transfer points solely because an itinerary appeared in an earlier portfolio review. Availability should be re-verified at the time you are prepared to act.
WalletRobo is not responsible for losses caused by a loyalty program’s transfer delay, devaluation, account restriction, system error, award withdrawal, or other action outside WalletRobo’s reasonable control.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and reasonably current information about points and miles balances, travelers, airports, timing, flexibility, and material travel preferences.
Review proposed itineraries, names, dates, airports, cabins, and other material details before authorizing a transfer or booking.
Ensure that travelers have appropriate passports, visas, entry documents, health documentation, and other required travel credentials.
Comply with the terms and rules of applicable airlines, loyalty programs, credit-card issuers, travel suppliers, and government authorities.
Promptly communicate material changes to your plans or preferences.
Avoid sending loyalty-program passwords, complete payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information through ordinary email or Website forms.
9. Passenger and Payment Information
WalletRobo may use third-party travel-advisor, authorization, or payment platforms to collect passenger information, payment authorizations, or other information needed to facilitate travel. You may be asked to provide information directly through such a platform rather than by ordinary email.
Your use of third-party platforms is also subject to their terms and privacy practices. WalletRobo’s handling of personal information is further described in the WalletRobo Privacy Policy.
10. No Guarantee of Redemption Value or Travel Outcome
Cash-fare comparisons, cents-per-point calculations, cabin assessments, availability observations, and similar metrics are informational tools and may change. A cash fare shown for comparison may not represent the price you personally would otherwise have paid, and a calculated redemption value is not a guarantee of economic savings.
WalletRobo does not guarantee a particular redemption value, destination, airline, cabin, number of trips, or travel outcome. Our objective is to use professional judgment to identify and facilitate options that appear worthwhile in light of the information and preferences you provide.
11. Airline and Supplier Changes
After booking, airlines and other suppliers may change schedules, aircraft, seats, cabins, routings, rules, or services; delay or cancel flights; or otherwise alter a reservation. These events are outside WalletRobo’s control. Any airline or loyalty-program remedies are governed by the applicable supplier’s rules and law.
WalletRobo may assist with post-booking issues when requested, but such assistance is not included unless expressly stated and may be subject to additional fees disclosed before the work is undertaken.
12. Third-Party Services
The Website and WalletRobo services may use or link to third-party services, including airlines, loyalty programs, payment processors, travel technology providers, booking platforms, and other suppliers. WalletRobo does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, performance, policies, or acts of those third parties.
13. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The Website, WalletRobo name and branding, portfolio-review formats, explanatory materials, written content, and other materials created by WalletRobo are owned by or licensed to WalletRobo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use materials delivered to you for your personal travel planning and booking. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, commercially distribute, scrape, systematically copy, or create competing commercial products from WalletRobo materials without our prior written permission.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND WALLETRobo SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, WALLETRobo DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETRobo LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST POINTS OR MILES, LOST TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY AIRLINES, LOYALTY PROGRAMS, PAYMENT PROVIDERS, OR TRAVEL SUPPLIERS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETRobo’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PAID ENGAGEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF WALLETRobo SERVICE FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THAT ENGAGEMENT DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalletRobo LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or inaccurate information or unauthorized instructions you provide to WalletRobo.
17. Privacy
WalletRobo’s collection and use of personal information is described in the WalletRobo Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them or WalletRobo’s services will be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, the parties agree that disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top identifies the most recent revision. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by law. The terms applicable to a paid engagement will not be materially changed after purchase in a manner that retroactively increases your fees without your agreement.
20. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign a paid engagement without our consent; WalletRobo may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the business. These Terms, together with any written engagement-specific terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the applicable agreement regarding the services they cover.
