WalletRobo LLC (“WalletRobo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit walletrobo.com (the “Website”), contact us, purchase or use our award-travel advisory services, or otherwise interact with WalletRobo.
WalletRobo helps clients evaluate and use credit-card points, airline miles, and other travel-loyalty rewards for premium travel. Because that service is personalized, we may need information about your loyalty balances, travel preferences, and proposed travelers. We seek to collect only information reasonably useful to provide and improve the services you request.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with WalletRobo, we may collect the following categories of information:
Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and other information you provide when you contact us or begin an engagement.
Points and miles information, such as the loyalty programs you participate in, approximate or exact points and miles balances you choose to provide, and relevant transfer-program information.
Travel preferences and request information, such as home or preferred departure airports, number of travelers, broad destination interests, timing and flexibility, preferred cabin, routing preferences, and other travel priorities.
Booking-related information that is reasonably necessary to help facilitate a trip after you elect to proceed. Sensitive passenger or payment information may be collected or processed through third-party travel technology or payment providers rather than through ordinary email or the Website.
Transaction information relating to fees you pay WalletRobo. Payments for WalletRobo services may be processed by a third-party payment processor. WalletRobo does not intend to store complete payment-card credentials on its own systems.
Communications and customer-service information contained in emails, text messages, forms, or other communications you send to us.
Website and device information, which may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of Website activity, to the extent collected by our hosting, analytics, security, or similar service providers.
Please do not send loyalty-program passwords, complete payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information through ordinary email or Website contact forms.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
Provide, personalize, administer, and improve WalletRobo’s award-travel advisory services.
Evaluate points and miles balances and identify potential award-travel opportunities based on your preferences and flexibility.
Research award availability, transfer options, routing, cabin products, taxes and fees, and other information relevant to potential or selected itineraries.
Communicate with you about inquiries, portfolio reviews, itinerary options, bookings, payments, and customer service.
Facilitate requested travel arrangements and work with airlines, loyalty programs, travel technology providers, and other travel suppliers or service providers as reasonably necessary.
Process payments for WalletRobo’s own service fees.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Website and our business.
Maintain business records, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Send you information about WalletRobo services where permitted by law. You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We may share information with vendors that provide website hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing, travel-management technology, data storage, security, professional services, or similar functions on our behalf.
Travel fulfillment. When you ask us to pursue or facilitate a trip, information may be shared with airlines, loyalty programs, booking platforms, travel suppliers, or other parties as reasonably necessary to research, arrange, or support the requested travel.
Professional advisers and enforcement. We may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, insurers, collection providers, or other professional advisers where reasonably necessary to operate our business, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights.
Legal requirements and safety. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or is appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of WalletRobo, our clients, or others.
Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Third parties that receive information may process it under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
4. Payments, Passenger Information, and Travel Technology
WalletRobo may use third-party providers to process payments for WalletRobo service fees and to securely collect passenger, authorization, or payment information needed in connection with travel arrangements. For example, WalletRobo may use payment processors and travel-advisor technology platforms rather than collecting sensitive payment information through ordinary email.
When you use a third-party payment, authorization, or travel platform, information submitted through that platform is also subject to the provider’s own privacy and security practices. WalletRobo may receive transaction status, traveler information, or other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Website and its service providers may use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and understand use of the Website. These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates and times of visits.
If WalletRobo later adopts additional analytics, advertising, or similar tracking technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We also seek to use reputable third-party providers for sensitive functions such as payment processing and travel-data handling.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Ordinary email and text messaging should not be treated as secure channels for passwords, complete payment-card details, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain client and transaction records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect legitimate business interests. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the relationship with the client.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request that we update or correct information you have provided, or to ask questions about our privacy practices. Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may also have rights relating to access, deletion, correction, or other treatment of personal information.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for transaction records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
You may opt out of promotional email communications from WalletRobo by following any unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us. Service-related communications concerning an active inquiry, engagement, payment, or booking may still be sent as appropriate.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Website and WalletRobo’s services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website.
An adult client may provide information about a child when the child is a traveler on a requested itinerary. In that circumstance, the information is provided by the responsible adult for purposes of researching or arranging the requested travel.
10. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website or our communications may contain links to third-party websites, booking tools, payment processors, travel platforms, airlines, loyalty programs, or other services. WalletRobo does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
